Return Timeframe
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return, exchange, or refund.
How to Request a Return/Exchange
Contact Us: Reach out to us immediately at support@artagepk.com with your order details.
Provide Evidence: Please include clear photos and/or a video of the product and packaging showing the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item).
Approval: Once our team reviews your request, we will confirm whether the item is eligible for return or replacement.
Reshipping & Replacements
If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will promptly send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
For size exchanges or non-defect returns, customers may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged, defective, or wrong item shipped).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. (Bank processing times may vary.)
Important Notes
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Customized or sale items may not be eligible for return or refund.
Fraudulent or false claims will not be entertained.
