Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed. If so, we will notify you promptly.
Local Shipping (Within Pakistan)
Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after processing.
Shipping Cost: Free for all local orders.
All local orders are shipped directly from our studio in Pakistan.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
United Arab Emirates (UAE): 7–15 business days.
United States (USA): 7–15 business days.
United Kingdom (UK): 7–15 business days.
Europe (selected countries): 7–15 business days.
Rest of the World: Delivery times vary by location (usually 10–20 business days).

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier services in your country.
Shipping Costs: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges.
